It is produced through CNC precision machining into electronic components for automatic insertion, manual insertion, wave soldering, reflow soldering, solder paste screen printing, SMT surface mounting, and online testing fixtures. It maintains its flatness in a continuous high temperature environment of 260-300 ℃, and its low thermal conductivity can prevent substrate thermal shrinkage. During the processing, it is easy to machine and has a service life of 5000-6000 times.

LED tray composite stone is a composite material made of glass fiber, high temperature resistant resin, and nano reinforcement materials. It is produced through CNC precision machining into electronic components for automatic insertion, manual insertion, wave soldering, reflow soldering, solder paste screen printing, SMT surface mounting, and online testing fixtures. It maintains its flatness in a continuous high temperature environment of 280-310 ℃, and its low thermal conductivity can prevent substrate thermal shrinkage. This material is a high-performance material developed independently by our company specifically for the LED industry tray. It has a large size and complex design, and other composite materials are difficult to meet its stability and deformation resistance. Its service life is 7000-8000 times.

It is a composite material made of glass fiber (carbon fiber) and a new type of insulation reinforcement material, which is divided into four categories: porous, heat reflective, vacuum, and solid laminated materials. It is applied in heavy machinery, military equipment, railway infrastructure, garden construction engineering and other fields.


Epoxy board

Fiberglass board FR4 is a composite material composed of glass fiber material and high heat resistance. FR4 is a code for a fire-resistant material grade and has excellent performance in epoxy boards. Epoxy board can withstand high temperatures up to 180 ℃, and there are models of epoxy board such as 3240, FR4, FR5, G10, G11, etc.
